1. About Qubneer

Qubneer provides website development, e-commerce solutions, software, templates, subscription-based digital services, customization, support and related technology services.

By purchasing, subscribing to or using a Qubneer service, you agree to these Terms and any service-specific terms shown during checkout or quotation.

2. Accounts & Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and business information and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You must notify Qubneer promptly if you believe your account or website credentials have been accessed without authorization.

3. Orders, Quotes & Payments

Prices, billing cycles, setup charges and renewal amounts are shown before purchase, subscription approval or payment.

Customization work may require a separate estimate or invoice. Work normally begins after the applicable estimate is approved and payment is verified.

Payment submissions may remain pending until Qubneer verifies the transaction.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription services remain available for the paid subscription period shown at checkout or on the applicable invoice.

Renewal requirements, renewal amount and billing cycle are associated with the purchased service or template.

A short grace period may be provided after a subscription expires. Service access may be suspended after the grace period until renewal payment is completed.

5. Templates, Software & License

Unless expressly transferred in writing, Qubneer retains ownership of its reusable software, templates, platform components, internal systems and development tools.

A customer receives the right to use the purchased or subscribed service for the customer website or business instance covered by that purchase.

Customers must not unlawfully resell, redistribute, copy or misuse Qubneer proprietary templates or software.

6. Customer Content

Customers remain responsible for the text, images, products, trademarks, business information and other content they provide for their website.

Customers must have the necessary rights and permissions to use content supplied to Qubneer.

7. Acceptable Use

Qubneer services must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, malware distribution or activity that materially harms the platform, infrastructure or other users.

Qubneer may restrict or suspend service when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, address security risks or enforce these Terms.

8. Availability & Maintenance

Qubneer works to keep services available and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, hosting incidents, third-party infrastructure, domain or DNS issues and other technical events may temporarily affect availability.

9. Customization & Support

Customization requests may require additional charges, timelines or approvals depending on the requested work.

Completed customization work may be presented to the customer for review. Revision requests should describe the required changes clearly.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qubneer is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from events outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to These Terms

Qubneer may update these Terms as its services, legal requirements or business processes change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
